Ages:

The ages of the nursery range from newborn through age 3, which is when Sunday School is offered.

Workers:

There are always 2 nursery workers on duty at all times. We do have several nurses on our nursery staff that are experienced with CPR and have medical training. We also have a first aid kit readily available if need

Drop off procedure:

Parents may be contacted through our church pager system. When a child is dropped off, the parent signs the child in and gives any specific instructions to the nursery worker. They are then given a specific pager number that is written on the sign-in sheet and corresponds to a cubby number as well that holds that child's belongings. A parent will be contacted through the pager if their child has gotten sick or inconsolable. Otherwise, the nursery staff does their best to keep the child in the nursery so the parents can fully enter into worship.

Pick up procedure:

A parents or guardian must pick up the child when they return the pager. We do not allow siblings to pick up children in the nursery.

Considerations:

In order for our nursery team to provide your child with the best care possible, we ask for your help with the following:

1. Please be sure to clearly label your child's diaper bag, bottle/sippy cup or any other special items.

2.Also, for the health of all of our children here at Fresno, we kindly ask that you do not put your child in the nursery if they have experienced any of the following within 24 hours prior to Sunday morning:

-fever (higher than 100 degrees), runny nose (yellow/green), diarrhea, vomiting, pink-eye, strep throat, rash of any kind, or any other questionable symptoms.

The nursery is cleaned and sanitized on a regular basis to help reduce the spread of germs and illness.
